Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, candystore does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by candystore. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.
To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, candystore lists all product descriptions as accurately as possible. Food products MAY NOT BE RETURNED, so please order carefully as candystore cannot issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items received due to customer error in ordering. Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.
Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of product and are considered based on criteria mentioned above. To initiate a return or refund, please contact a customer service representative by email at customerservice@candystore.com.
